Murrelektronik offers a wide range of connectors. In 2009, this product line is expanding with several new, interesting models.
Murrelektronik’s M12 round plug connectors are reliable and used in many industries. The latest member of this product family is the 12-pole M12 connector that can be used to transfer up to 12 signals. This new connector, with IP67 protection, is available in various forms and different cable materials, unshielded or completely shielded. A useful tool is the Murrelektronik torque wrench. The concept is simple: just turn until you hear the click! This ensures consistent connection quality.
Murrelektronik extends the product line of pre-wired valve plugs as well. The Junior Time Valve Plug is designed for applications in the mobile hydraulic sector. It features a special locking mechanism that saves time during installation and maintenance, and it is highly resistant to vibration and shocks. Three different models are available: without suppression, with LED, and with LED and suppression. The Junior Timer Valve Plug is also IP65 sealed.
The new Murrelektronik field-wireable SVS Eco LED valve plug offers functionality at low cost. This year, a whole range of new models with suppression will be added to this line. The plugs are equipped with a yellow LED for status indication and have varistor suppression. SVS Eco LED is available as standard type A, B, BI, C, and CI for a voltage range from 24 to 230 V. All valve plugs are IP65 sealed.
Corrosion protection plays an important role in applications exposed to aggressive media. Murrelektronik’s round plug connector, M12 Plastic, prevents corrosion. It contains cap nuts made of fiber glass reinforced polyamide. The integrated hex nut enables the use of the Murrelektronik torque wrench and ensures safe and sealed connections. M12 Plastic is available as male and female, with molded homerun cable, and with field wiring.
Murrelektronik is constantly improving the pre-wired MSUD Valve Plug. This valve plug is available as dual, four-fold, and six-fold version, as adapter version with M12 connection, and as M12 Y connector. Equipped with an innovative configuration, the MSUD is supplied as switching amplifier, as capacity reducer, and as pressure switch. It is also available with silicon gasket or stainless steel screw as a standard, and therefore suitable even for the harshest industrial environment.
